The CBBH and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of BH a Signed the Cooperation Agreement 6/9/2025 Tweet Today, June 9, 2025, the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CBBH) and the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina (the HJPC BIH), signed a Cooperation Agreement with the aim of improving transparency and accountability in the field of combating fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest and other irregularities. Considering the competences of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which established and maintains the Single Registry of Business Entities' Accounts in BH and the Central Registry of Credits of Business Entities and Natural Persons in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as other competences, and with the aim of improving cooperation in the field of combating fraud and corruption, conflicts of interest, ensuring transparency and accountability of judicial office holders, as well as more efficient and high-quality exchange of operational and other information, the signatories of the Agreement agreed to establish institutional cooperation in terms of automatic exchange of data and information. This will enable the establishment of a system for verifying data from Asset Reports of judicial office holders in accordance with the activities of the Department for the Implementation of Proceedings based on Reports, which has started its operations. The parties have committed to work together on the exchange of relevant data, with mutual respect for legal regulations on data protection and confidentiality of information. With this Agreement, the CBBH and the HJPC BiH confirm their commitment to strengthening accountability, transparency and the rule of law in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Agreement was signed by the Governor of the CBBH, Jasmina Selimović, Ph.D. and the President of the HJPC BiH, Sanin Bogunić.
