Staff members are our driving force 8/11/2022 Tweet Since August 11, 1997, when the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina started its operations with 46 staff members, all the time until present day, its employees have been its driving force and its greatest resource. Thanks in large part to the motivation and knowledge of the employees, all the challenges that the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina was facing in the first years of its operations, were successfully overcome, and in the years afterwards our institution has established itself as the most successful state institution of our country, whose experiences and solutions have been often used by other central banks. Today, a quarter of a century since its beginning of operations, we can no longer speak of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a young developing, but rather of an experienced participant in the financial sector of Bosnia and Herzegovina with years of professional and successful work behind it. Everything we are proud of today would hardly have been possible without excellent staff.
